APPLY FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION
Dear media representatives,
the Czech Ski Federation is pleased to welcome you in person to our Audi FIS World Cup Špindlerův Mlýn 2026. Please complete this form to apply for media accreditation:
The accreditation form is intended for sports journalists (print, online, TV, radio, content creators), news agencies and photographers from national media, regional media, members of AIPS. Athlete managers and representatives of management agencies are not eligible for media accreditation.
Filling out the form does not automatically grant accreditation. Accreditations will be allocated based on FIS rules and considering the safety and capacity of the venue. You will be notified of the award by January 10, 2026.
Deadline for media accreditation applications is January 9, 2026.
You will need to complete all mandatory fields and load a photo image of yourself to submit your application.
Please ensure images are:
- a true and recent likeness
- front facing, well-lit and against a neutral background
- in JPG, PNG, JPEG or GIF format, no larger than 2MB
Privacy: The data you provide will be stored and processed solely for accreditation purposes.
Accreditation Terms and Conditions
- Only accredited media will have access to media facilities during the Audi FIS World Cup Špindlerův Mlýn 2026 event.
- Each person involved in the Audi FIS World Cup Špindlerův Mlýn 2026 will receive an accreditation card, which must be worn during entire event, and it must be clearly visible. Security personnel will control all areas.
- The accreditation card is non-transferable and does not allow the holder to take another person beyond checkpoint. Each accreditation card is personalized and requires a portrait photo.
- Please do not forget to bring your accreditation card with you every day. Any lost or damaged accreditation card should be reported immediately to the Media Officer. A new accreditation card may be issued after consideration.
- Unauthorized use of the accreditation card will result in the card being confiscated.
- All accredited media persons must respect Media Guidelines – the local organiser has the right and the authority to remove media accreditation if he/she deems so, based on the behaviour of the media person.
